I am having difficulty using mtools with any DOS floppy diskette. I have
a 3.5" A: drive and a 5.25" B: drive, and I created the rfd[10][a-f]
devices with the MAKEDEV script. As root, mdir returns a bunch of read
errors, when I know that the floppy is good.

Any clues? I read the FAQ, and the only hint that it had was to create
the devices.
