	hello all!
I'm in DESPERATE need of getting emacs working...and I have compiled
about 9 different versions, without any errors in compile, only to get
this when I execute it....

/harry/>./emacs
./emacs: 1: Syntax error: word unexpected (expecting ")")
/harry/>
what in the world is going on?
I'm using BSDI/386 1.1 and users are screaming at me to get it going...
PLEASE HELP!
	Thank You,
	Dan Harrington.
