You can use our NCR SCSI driver available from FTP.Uni-Koeln.DE
in the dirctory packages/FreeBSD/PCI-SCSI.

If your system is already running, then you need only get the 
file scsi-ncr-2.0.tar.gz.

Installation under FreeBSD is automatic and takes just some 
3 Minutes (+ a reboot :).

It has already been installed on a number of Pentium systems.
