Hi all...

Apologies if this has been covered before, I can find no reference
to the problem in comp.os.386bsd.* or the FAQ.

Problem is: dialup ports being set to -crtscts by getty.

I had a look through the getty code, which uses sgtty.h, and could
find no way of enabling crtscts without using termios.h.

If I set it using stty, the next time getty opens the port
it just turns crtscts off again.

Does anyone have any ideas on a fix/kludge for this? Is there
any plan/possibility for a getty which uses termios?
(If there's enough interest, I may do this myself... but
not if it's already been done ;)

TIA,

Phil.
