It's been pointed out to me that even that statement is false,
because, unlike the FreeBSD group, we are not throwing away our entire
code history.  We actually have a lot more information on the history
of our code, and should someone decide to harass us (as if that hasn't
been done on Usenet already), we can show that we have complied
absolutely with the terms of our agreement.
