I definitiely have a 946C working and once I did get it working I've had no
problems with it.

I'm not exactly sure how I got it working though :-)

These are the things I played around with in my attempt. The above hang is
probably due to misconfigured interrupts. The 946C doesn't seem to get
autoconfigured properly like it should so you have to go into the Buslogic
BIOS and manually configure it. Make sure you set the int channel to the
same as the kernel (generic kernels expect the card at 12 I think).

Make sure the trigger type is correct for your motherboard. Make sure the
host adapter interrupt pin is set right. I don't actually know how to do this
but changing from A to B brought my card to life. Are the PCI interrupt
pins dependent on slot position or anything like that, how does this
interrupt mapping work.

Any PCI gurus out there who can give a brief intro into how PCI configuration
takes place? Where can I get hold of the PCI 2 spec?
