IP Multicast is built into the system starting at 1.1.5. You can enable
with the following options :

# Multicast support.
options		MULTICAST		# Multicast code
options		MROUTING		# Multicast routing

As for mrouted, it is standard too :

drwxr-xr-x    2 bin           512 Jun 18 13:15 /usr/src/usr.sbin/mrouted
