TO: nate
hi nate,

i have apply the 1.1R-to-1.1.5.1R source patch upgrade
recently but found that X would make 386bsd produce
page fault. while setlocale(3) is tempting (i'm living
in a chinese community), it seems FreeBSD is getting less
and less robust.

would you please advice on any remedial action?
my closest ftp site (ft.cs.cuhk.hk) is not carrying the
bindist and srcdist of tarballs, and the daily reset policy
of my working site make it impossible for me to transfer large
files. .....trouble...
