You should, you know.  Recompiling your kernel  is the best reasons to  get
it, you can get rid of unused drivers, put new ones, ans so on.

Yep. Especially in the C++ part.

The C++ compiler used by GNU is not the AT&T one...

It is more or less  equivalent to the 3.0  version cfront I think. I'm  not
sure though...
