No, crashes on my system and I have used the X server for quite 
a while. I say that the S3 864 chipset is in better shape than the S3 928
chipset and faster :) The XF86_S3 server used to crash here at least once or
twice or week with my old Actix S3 928 card.

OS:	FreeBSD
CPU: 	P66 512k cache 16MB of memory
card: 	Actix S3 864 2MB of DRAM
monitor: Nanao Flexscan f550i 17" color monitor
soundcard: Gravis Ultrasound
