Look into you own computer :-)

In /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/cc25,  you'll  find  a  gcc 2.5.8. It  is  not  yet
recommended to use it as the default 'cc' compiler but  you may try. Change
the cc to cc25 into the Makefile to have 2.5.8 built.
