As far as I remember all the necessary files are unpacked. What is
definitely worse if you want to upgrade to a later version and try to
`pkg_delete emacs_bin', the _whole_ info tree is nuked, with every
additional file from other packages. That's probably caused by just
specifying the directory name for tar.
