It would be very difficult to make a 1.1.5 CDROM and then stop distributing
them after July 31 for Walnut Creek.  So, WC isn't planning on making them
and I wouldn't want to be a copy that tries to go up against USL's lawyers
by doing a large CD run of USL tainted code.
