Those who have already downloaded 1.1.5R, DON'T PANIC. 1.1.5.1 is
purely a convenience release for the benefit of new users who have not
yet downloaded 1.1.5R. It fixes a couple of trivial but annoying
release-generation problems in the 1.1.5R distribution. The file
WHATS_NEW-1.1.5.1 documents these changes and explains what should be
done to 1.1.5R, if anything, to bring it up to the same level.

Thanks!
