Already ported.  Get the distribution and look in the "PORTS" directory.

ftp.cs.berkeley.edu:/ucb/4bsd/db.tar.Z

It has new-style BSD makefiles that will need to be hacked on if you
want to use Sun's or GNU's "make" with it.  If you want the diffs to
the new "make" for SunOS 4.1.3, get them from:

ftp.css.itd.umich.edu:/pub/systems/sun/Net2-make-sun4.diff.Z

Then get the "make" distribution from:

ftp.uu.net:/systems/bsd-sources/usr.bin/make

patch those with the diffs and then build make.
