Have you done what I have to do here and tried sending out with a BANG style
addressing scheme? i.e. I'ld send mail this way 

hotlin!leela!mace.cc.purdue.edu!eremenko

then it'ld get send out via UUCP. There must be another way to have sendmail
ship it out via UUCP all the time, but I don't know it yet. :-)
