Unfortunately, the CDROM that O'Reilly is distributing is a subset of
the code released from Berkeley as 'BSD 4.4-Lite'. I got this email
from O'Reilly yesterday. I have asked them for a list of differences,
but I still haven't heard from them.

We removed some source files from Berkeley's offering so that we could
distribute the CD freely. You will be able to get a few more sources
from Berkeley's Lite package than ours.
