I don't understand.

If 1.1.5 will be finished before July 1, is there a difference if
it is distributed via cdrom, tape, diskettes or lets say ftp?

You aren't saying that 1.1.5 won't be ftp'able (at WC) after July 1?
And if its ftp'able where's the difference to give it away on cdrom?

Confused,
