  This is a feature of the fast file system. It reserves around 10% of the 
space because of performance issues. However, as root you can go all the way
until the last byte is used, which means that you hit the roof at around 11x%
or so. You should not be able to go above this, when not logged in as root, 
but I haven't tried it.
