running a 486/33 with a conner 200 meg HD which tinybsd finds and
identifies. i can boot the floppy fine, and install to the harddrive
just fine if i use the WHOLE drive. i went back, and tried to put
a DOS 5 partition first, and then booted the floppy again, and installed
386bsd on the harddrive again. the DOS 5 partition still worked fine,
but the 386bsd went in a reboot cycle, panicing. message flew by to
quick to read. i hope for my sake (althought you might disagredd for yer
sake) that this is a FAQ. do i have to use the "real" partitions FAQ
answer, or is that for partitioning the 386bsd partition internally
(sorry, i dont have it in front of me here at work) email or news reply
apreciated. i'm pretty sure i got the 386 partition to start at the
begining of the cylinder.
