Well, nobody screamed, but I put it there anyway....it's

freebsd.cdrom.com:pub/FreeBSD/incoming/mpeg_play_bin.tgz

It will moved to packages-1.1/ when the person in charge gets to it.

You probably want to grab pkg_install.tar.gz from packages-1.1/ too.
