	Version 1.45 of rxvt worked with some slight hacking to utmp
support and version 1.85 and later work pretty much right out of the
box.  The only problem is versions > 1.45 and <1.85 that had problems
with outputing keyboard i/o to the screen.  So just get the latest
version from spcot.sanders.com and be happy.
