Enable OUT2 (aka MCR_IENABLE) the same as for non-MULTIPORT boards
(MULTIPORT really means AST_FOURPORT_COMPATIBLE).  The current kernel
has support for this.  (Just delete the line that sets com->mcr_image
to 0 and perhaps the next 4 lines.)
