Cron wasn't part of BNR2.  Lo and behold, it's not part of 4.4BSD-lite, either.
However, every BNR2-derived system (including, somewhat obliquely, Linux) uses
my version of Cron, which was last published in comp.sources.unix's volume27.
Look for two parts and one patch.
