Make sure you use a mail-exchanger knowledgable mailer (ie: something
other than the default sendmail shipped with all Sun machines, etc.),
since otherwise you will get nothing but reject messages.

I wonder how many mail messages to this counter are being dropped
because of this?!?

nslookup
> set query=mx
> uninett.no
uninett.no preference = 10, mail exchanger = aun.uninett.no
uninett.no preference = 20, mail exchanger = nac.no
aun.uninett.no inet address = 129.241.1.99
nac.no inet address = 129.240.2.40

Otherwise, the address bsd-counter%uninett.no@aun.uninett.no might
work for youi; if not, try bsd-counter@aun.uninett.no directly.

I have a big problem (can you tell?) with counters that supposedly
count the number of users of something, but which in fact the
majority of users are completely unable to be counted.
