I have a simular problem with NetBSD-current.   I was getting vm faults
all the damn time.  Turning off the external cache *seemed* to help, but
I don't think it did anything but mask the problem.

I know the card and 16M used to coexist... until recently.

I believe putting ``options TUNE_1542'' helped me...  Either that, or I'm
just masking the problems once again.
