You can get chimera, which does not require Motif.  It lacks a couple of
features of Motif, but it does work (and even worked on something that
the NCSA tutorial said should have worked, but Mosaic didn't accept).

You can grab it from ftp.cs.unlv.edu:pub/chimera/chimera-1.49.tar.gz.

A major advantage of it is that, since it doesn't use Motif, it starts up
*much* faster.
