Thanks should go to Jim Cooper, my replacement, as he has taken on the job of making the FAQ postings to .announce still work. Now that the system there has been reconfigured to work correctly, the posting of the FAQ should begin again in earnest. I will be updating the FAQ over the next week or two and put a new one up shortly.
