Actually I think I meant FreeBSD 1.1b. Anyway my problem was the file
permissions in /usr/bin and other directories. I changed them
and now things are working. I still seem to have one problem.
I sent mail to myself to see if it would work. Now I keep
getting errors from sendmail saying it can't write to
/usr/mail/root (I think that's the right directory). I tried
changing the permissions of that mail directory but it didn't
help.
thanks to all who answered my first question. Are there any more
known bugs with 1.1b, or a list somewhere? Thanks.
