TO: bob
hi there,

i would like to know if there's any port made to postgres
for freebsd/386bsd.

i'd got a copy of postgres port to linux, but it complaint on
compilation to 0.99.15, also linux crash if i don't use LILO
but os-bs.

the porting problem to freebsd/386bsd was, IMHO, the availabilty
of SYSV_IPC, semophore and messages in particular. since
sysv_shm had been implemented, is there semophore/msg ports to
freebsd to facilitate postgres porting?

kindly advice.
