First, realize that comp.os.linux is a defunct group. All posting should be
done to the comp.os.linux.* hierarchy.

Second, unless you're using a really OLD version of Linux (pre .84?)
you will not be able to get more than 16MB per swap file or partition.
You can have 128 of them and add/remove them on the fly. mkswap
probably doesn't complain about >16MB swap signatures.
