Yes.  I am running one system with a BocaBoard 16-port card (BB2016)
on FreeBSD 1.0.2 and another with a BocaBoard 8-port card (BB1008)
on FreeBSD-current.  Since these cards have no master port, it does
require a modification to the sio.c device driver to support them.
Let me know if you are interested in diffs (they ``differ'' between
1.0.2 and -current).
