Warning: no access to tty (Operation not supported by device).
Thus no job control in this shell.

The above lines are what I got when I start tcsh.  I am running FreeBSD 
1.0.2  Any suggestion as to how to solve the problem or what that will 
cause?  I suspect that the unavailabilty of the access to tty causes X to
crash on my machine when I run chinese xterm.
