I don't believe you, since you can't get the complete gcc environment
to fit on a 2MB disk along with the kernel. :-)  Also, where did you
find a 2MB IDE disk?

Depends on what you have loaded.  One of the developers has a machine
running with 1MB of memory, but I wouldn't recommend that configuration.
