I have put my fixit/rescue diskette up for grabs thanks to a helpful
FTP administrator at hulk.sfsu.edu.

You can find it there, in directory:
/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD_ix86/fixit-disk

There is a README there that tells you exactly what it will and won't do.
It is only for SCSI users who wish to fix their disk, and/or who wish
to restore from a dump(1) tape.

It is posted in raw format so that you can use a MS-DOS machine to create
the diskette (i.e. you really need it).

Disclaimer: I currently have no affiliation with the NetBSD project.
