Hmmm...
How is the performance nowdays of apps linked with shared-libraries?

A while ago netbsd-current shared library implementation was slow...

So, how long does it take to compile a kernel with shared library
utilities vs static utilities, gcc, ld, etc.. under FreeBSD or
NetBSD?

If nobody answers, is okay -- I expect soon to upgrade to FreeBSD-current.

	Tnks,
