I'm currently running Linux on a 386 with 16 mhz, 2 meg RAM, 2 meg IDE
disk. It works fine and I can even use gcc for small programs...

My question is: how does BSD (FreeBSD or NetBSD) compare to Linux in
this environment? How big is the kernel when running?

Thanks.
