Will PC-NFS work in this scenario:

I have a PC running NetBSD-0.9. Can I run PC-NFS in such a way so that I
can mount it's unix filesystem on another pc via the serial port? The
other pc is running MSDOS 5 and _not_ NETBSD.

ie

PC Running \_____________/ Slave PC running MSDOS
	NetBSD / serial \

	/usr/export E: mapped to PC-NETBSD:/usr/export
	/bin ...etc F: mapped to PC-NETBSD:/bin .....etc

Also, which version of PC-NFS is best?

Thanks for any help,

Nick.
