I am not the person responsible for releasing the code, but just a
contributor.  If you have been successfully keeping your system up to
date, then 1.1 will be "close" to one of the versions that you have
supped.  (I could be wrong.)  If you are looking to do an upgrade from
1.0 -- look out, it can cause problems.  If I wasn't keeping fairly up
to date myself, I would wait for the CDROM.  You can do it, but sometimes
you can make a minor mistake and hose your system (this can happen on
any software like this.)  I personally LIKE to keep up-to-date and enjoy
working on software like this...
