Howdy,
I have ordered the parts for a 486DX2-66 machine (with the
help of many fine people who replied to the "If you were to
assemble a new machine.." thread). All of the pieces for the machine
shold arrive within the week, so I am eager to get going with this
UNIX/X at home stuff.

I have been looking around freebsd.cdrom.com, and am
curious as to _which_ FreeBSD I should install. I figure I
should stay away from _current, as that I am new to all of
this. Any useful tips, pointers, etc. would be greatly
appreciated. I am about to print out the Rel. 1.0 Installation
Notes. Advice beyond this document will be recieved with
thanks.

Wish me luck!

James
