Hello altogether!

I have a little problem with FreeBSD at startup. Sometimes the keyboard
just does not work. The system's up and fine, though.

When I set the system speed to "low" in the ROM BIOS the keyboard hangs
less often than when the speed ist set to "high".

Bouncing some "innocent" key like "shift" or "numlock" during boot
makes it work all the time.

Weird. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance, Patrick

P.S. I have FreeBSD 1.0.2 running. Can't tell you much about the machine.
It's just a highly integrated "brand" box with everything including
lan and graphics on board. It's an ISA machine - this I can tell you.
