A while ago I reported some problems I had with my DECpc booting 3.5"
1.44MB floppies. These problems were caused by the fact that in my setup
the 3.5" 2.88MB (default on DECpc) drivers were selected. (Stupid if you
know this!) But now I am running with the 3.5" 1.44MB drivers and still
can't read 3.5" 720kb floppies. I get hard errors. Does that mean that
mtools only supports the disk drives you have selected at boot time?
