Yeah, since curses has changed completely I think we need to modify mush
to re-think how it does things.  I was able to get it all to work except
that mush relies on the now defunct _y member of the window structure, and
I don't know what it used to do.

Any hints?

(This is relavant to both FreeBSD and NetBSD since they are both uses
the new curses code.)
