Yes.  You need to configure the card for the serial port/address on a
DOS pc, but you may then use it.  I am running one in a netbsd 0.9 machine.
No overflows ever.  Netbsd sees it as a FIFO card (with a huge buffer).
No idea if native netbsd drivers for the ESP card would produce greater
throughput.
