I appreciate the keen eye to detail that all of you have cast upon the document. Unfortunately, I am unable to send mail to you directly from my primary mail account. If you do not get your mail back, have submitted something for the FAQ, and live in Europe, I have probably received your updates and will be incorporating them as soon as possible. I was not able to put up a new FAQ before the semi-weekly FAQ post that went out last night.
