When i do an
rsh mymachine
I get queried for the password.
However when i do
rsh localhost
It just goes thru.
This happens even when i have "mymachine myuserid" in the .rhosts file.
Strange, esp because im able to rsh into the machine from OTHER machines
in the rhosts file without being queried for the password, only the
machine itself.
I havent observed this behaviour in any of the other unix systems ive worked
on..
Is this a bug? Or some peculiar new feature???
