Contacting AT&T and USL and anyone else you can think of to complain is a
great idea (doing this at the same time you change your long distance
service of course). Here are some phone and fax numbers that might help.

I called up USL's Investor Relations and they said that %60-%70 of USL's
stock belongs to AT&T, but it is hard to get more info than that since USL
is private. FYI USL's Investor Relations phone number is 908-522-6264 and
the person to talk it is Ry Schwark.
