I have just gotten back to working on NetBSD 0.9 and attempted to
re-build the kernel. The kernel builds but there are a farily large
number of warnings from the compiler, mostly about inconsistent type
declarations.

I am running the "stock" NetBSD 0.9 release. I have not attempted to
go to the "current" level. The hardware is a vanilla 386DX box which
did run 386BSD 0.1 with the various pachkits just fine.

Is this a common problem with NetBSD? Will moving to the current
mods to NetBSD fix this? How stable is the kernel inspite of the
warning messages?
