i installed the secure distribution on a FreeBSD system i have been
running for a few months. everything seems to be working ok, except
no users except myself and root (i think people in the root group) can
run passwd. since the permissions of passwd allow read + execute for
anyone, i suspect that the problem lies in one of the DES routines
that was added with the secure distribution. help?
