	top is sort of like a dynamic ps---it tells you information about
	process, and updates itself every few seconds if left runing.

	it's not -necessary-, but it's kinda cool, because it orders
	things in ways that ps doesn't naturaaly do.

	there is a netbsd port of it available from alpha.gnu.ai.mit.edu
	in /netbsd/.../ports and binkley.cs.mcgill.ca:/pub/NetBSD/..../ports

	i assume that freebsd has a port in freebsd.cdrom.com as well.
